Our apartments close to the beach at Castiglioncello are the perfect choice of holiday homes along the Tuscan coast. With one, two or three bedrooms we can accomodate from 2 guests to up to large groups just for a few days or even for whole months.
Most of the apartments are located in one property at Caletta di Castiglioncello in a tranquil but strategic location – just a five minutes walk to the beach and to the shops. Each apartment has an indipendent entrance and a small garden with table and chairs as well as communal gardens, pool and BBQs.
These are our holiday homes with Swimming Pool at Castiglioncello. For those who look for something more that a quiet property by the sea in Tuscany we have a detached apartment at Spianate – a couple of miles down the road. The holiday home has a balcony with a breathtaking view over the Quercetano Bay and the Mediterranean Sea.

Up to 3 people
Ideal for a vacation for two or for a family with a child or even a group of three friends. These apartments are perfect for one, two or three guests – a master bedroom with a double-bed, as well as a single bed in the living area.
Up to 5 people
Ideal for families with either small children and grandparents or for larger families these apartments accommodate up to five guests. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The fifth bed is in the living area.
Up to 7 people
Ideal for large families or groups of friends. We have apartments for up to seven guests. Three bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with single beds, and a single bed in the living area.
Up to 4 people SPIANATE
outside the Villaggio Mietta
A couple of miles down the road from Villaggio Mietta we have a separate holiday home called Spianate. It is on the second floor, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Mediterranean Sea. It is Ideal for a family or group of up to 4 people.
